APS has an independent, voluntary and autonomous character, covered by its Executive Board. It has a two-tier structure consisting of CEO at the top level and CBOs, field staff, SHGs and volunteers at the local level. The policies are translated into programs/projects at field level under the able guidance of the Executive board headed by Chairman. A strong dedicated team of more than 50 employees comprising of professionals and locals shape the programs to actions.
